Silver nanoparticle ink / paste (Picosil™)Features of silver nanoparticle ink
Five features of ”Picosil™” for your industrial application
Picosil™ is a silver nanoparticle printing ink with five features that make it excellent for industrial applications.
Our standard products are available for various printing methods such as inkjet printing and screen printing and are also available from laboratory-scale order to mass-production-scale order.
- High conductivity Able to form low resistivity electrode (under 10μΩ-cm)
- Stable electrode property Able to form flatly (Ra < 0.1μm) and electrical stable electrode
- Stable printing Stable printing and as a result, saving process cost
- Stable ink property Over 6 month storage is possible by preventing agglomeration property
- Low temperrature sintering Able to metalize around 100 degree C and using for plastic substrate
Performance comparison between Picosil™ and conventional silver ink
Picosil™ can form low-resistance electric circuits by low-temperature sintering compared to conventional products.
It can print lines finer than a hair (0.1mm) in a stable and precise condition.

Features of particle used in Picosil™
In general, silver nanoparticles are unstable at room temperature and quickly become unusable as inks. The surface can be stabilized by protecting it with an organic material, but this makes it difficult to metallize at low temperatures, and the residual organic material makes it difficult for current to flow.
Picosil™ solves these problems by covering the surface with a proprietary material.
