Our subsidiary Daicel Chiral Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. (DCTI) was certified as a Great Place to Work®. This is the second year in a row of receiving this certification.
The “Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Employee Survey*” is used worldwide to help companies understand what employees think about their workplace. The survey consists of five categories: the “credibility of management,” “respect for people,” “fairness in the workplace,” “pride,” and “personal connections.” To be certified as a Great Place to Work®, a company must achieve an overall score of 70 points or higher. DCTI surpassed last year’s rating, earning 85 points or more in all five categories and 90 points overall.
DCTI will continue its efforts to create a comfortable workplace.
