Abstract

High-speed tableting is one of the ways to increase production efficiency of direct tableting. However, there are technical issues: -Large coefficient of variations (CV) of tablet weight and compression pressure -Increasing tableting failures This white paper investigates the applicability of GRANFILLER-D GNF-D215. GNF-D215 can be considered to contribute stable production as they are already granulated to have smaller particle distribution and better powder flowability than simple mixture.
