We report the situation that has been determined as of January 10, 2019, concerning the recovery of the peracetic acid plant at the Ohtake Plant from the fire on July 18, 2017.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the considerable inconvenience caused by this accident.

1. 1Resumption of Production
   According to the recovery plan (posted on September 19, 2017), renewal and repair of damaged equipment was completed during a periodical repair in the fall 2018 and therewith the capacity of the facility has recovered to the pre-accident level.
   We restarted the production of peracetic aid at the end of November 2018, while ensuring sufficient safety.
   Production of various derivatives was resumed in December 2018.
2. 2Future Operation
   We will continue the operation of our peracetic acid plant, giving first priority to safety. This is the final report regarding the accident.
