[Highlights of the report]

• "Mid-Term Management Strategy Achievement and Results" shows specific initiatives for measures set out in the strategy from three sustainability perspectives: product, process, and people. We are introducing it with employee opinions.

• "Value Creation, Past and Present " introduces the connections from the early days of the Company to the development of our current products and technologies, as well as the strengths of our Group that we have developed over the years.
