Announcement of ISCC PLUS Certification

Daicel Corporation (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President and CEO: Yasuhiro Sakaki) is pleased to announce that it has obtained ISCC PLUS certification.

ISCC PLUS is a globally recognized certification system that ensures proper management and traceability of products derived from biomass, bio-circular, and circular. It is based on the mass balance approach* applied across the entire supply chain.

As the result of obtaining this certification, we are capable of allocating credits to the forestated sustainable raw materials under the mass balance method, enabling the production and supply of the following certified products. We aim to expand certification to additional sites and products in the future.

To ensure continued compliance with ISCC PLUS requirements and to prevent issues like double counting of credits, we will further strengthen our management systems.
